Management Team
DR. K. BRADLEY PAXTON, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Paxton was graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science degree in applied mathematics, and a Doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester. His 32-year career at Eastman Kodak included General Manager and Vice President of both the Electronic Photography and the Printer Products Divisions, and the Director of Electronic Imaging Research Laboratories, where he was responsible for all electronic imaging related research. It was a natural transition to begin his work with the U.S. Census Bureau.
DR. M. AKRAM SANDHU, Chairman
Dr. Sandhu retired from Eastman Kodak Company as a VP, Particulate Prospect Corporation and Member of NanoSystems, LLC where he helped create, develop and to sell NanoSystems at a significant profit. He has authored and co-authored several scientific papers and holds 39 U.S. Patents in electronic, electro- and silver imaging, and health & nutrition. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.
MR. E. TODD JOHNSSON, Chief Operating Officer
As COO of ADI, Todd Johnsson is responsible for company operations, with a focus on creating and growing its Data Quality Management Line of Business. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a BS in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. His career has covered the spectrum of large company (Xerox) to start-up, and is currently leading ADI through its next phase of growth. His positions have included Program Manager, Technology Director, and currently COO. Todd is experienced in successfully delivering technology and products to market.
MR. STEVEN SPIWAK, Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Spiwak is responsible for management of IT resources, network administration, and all research and development activities with the U.S. Census Bureau. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, and has over 25 years experience in electronics engineering and digital imaging. He has worked directly with the Census Bureau since 1994, and he has played a major role in developing and installing a data quality measurement system for both the 2000 Census and the 2010 Census.
