AIMED@Q ™ Audit allows for effective management of outsourced data entry and forms processing services for both cost and quality of data. Test materials are injected into the services provider's current workflow and benchmarked for cost per page and error rates coming into your systems enabling Service Level Agreement, SLA, enforcement for both cost and data quality.

Pricing and Purchase
Initial one day analysis of your outsourcing operations and estimated values for an AIMED@Q™ Audit implementation is available at no charge for qualified customers. Pricing for a Phase 1 requirements analysis, design, and implementation costs including Return on Investment (ROI) analysis will be provided upon request.
Professional Services
Program Management, Systems Architecture and Design Engineering, Application Development and On-going systems level support.
Support
Annual license agreement includes remote phone support and all software upgrades, M-F, 8AM to 5PM EST. Upgraded support packages will be provided upon request.
Warranties, licenses and maintenance
The AIMED@Q™ Outsourced Audit is warranted for all defects for all valid license holders. Users are required to maintain an annual license agreement
