Intensive, focused knowledge transfer workshops are also provided in our Rochester, NY based labs from 1 to 2 weeks in duration.

AIMED@Q™ Product Services
Installation, Configuration, Training, and Mentoring, which includes:

• Helping install and configure your AIMED@Q™ product
• On-site support for customers using AIMED@Q™ products in their own environment
• Determining how to use the AIMED@Q™ product most effectively to optimize the operation of your current system

AIMED@Q™ Product Support
Annual license agreement includes remote phone support and all software upgrades, M-F, 8AM to 5PM EST.  Upgraded support packages will be provided upon request.

AIMED@Q™ Product Warranties, licenses and maintenance
The AIMED@Q™ Tuning is warranted for all defects for all valid license holders.  Users are required to maintain an annual license agreement.
